What is Team Brick Republicans?
An independent Brick First Republican reform movement focused on local accountability, transparency, taxpayer protection, responsible development, public safety, and independent leadership. Not built around one candidate, office, or election cycle — a long-term movement based on the belief that Brick Township deserves leaders who put the township first.
What is the Brick Republican Organization?
The established Republican organization in Brick Township, commonly known as Brick GOP and associated with BrickGOP.org. Its website describes its work organizing, mobilizing, and supporting Republican candidates, and fighting for issues like lower taxes, safer neighborhoods, better roads, and overdevelopment concerns. Local media has also referred to it as the Brick Township Republican Club.
Team Brick recognizes that many good Republicans may be involved with or supportive of the Brick Republican Organization. Our disagreement is not with ordinary Republican voters, volunteers, or residents. Our concern is with how local Republican politics should operate and who it should answer to.

Team Brick believes Brick needs independent local Republican leadership. We are not interested in being controlled by county machine politics, backroom deals, closed circles, or candidates chosen because of loyalty instead of qualifications and commitment to residents.
Republican candidates in Brick should be screened, questioned, prepared, and held accountable by the people of Brick Township.
Local government should not be about who gets rewarded, who gets protected, or who gets permission from the establishment. It should be about who will serve Brick best.

Team Brick is not trying to divide Republicans. We believe Republicans win when voters trust that candidates are honest, prepared, transparent, and focused on the people they're asking to represent.

Working Together
Can Team Brick work with other Republicans?
Yes. Team Brick is willing to work with any Republican, independent-minded resident, candidate, or organization that wants to put Brick Township first. But cooperation does not mean silence. Unity does not mean blind loyalty. Teamwork does not mean surrendering local accountability to political bosses.
We believe Republican unity should be built on trust, transparency, and service to the people — not pressure, control, or insider politics. Team Brick exists because Brick deserves a Republican movement built for the residents who live here, pay taxes here, raise families here, and care about the future of this township.
